Gemma’s journey with Lister Horsfall began more than two decades ago. Gemma has been a fundamental part of the business’s journey and growth. Her deep knowledge of the jewellery and watch industry, combined with her passion for exceptional service, has made her a trusted presence for both clients and the team alike.

As Managing Director, Gemma is closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business. She leads with care, clarity, and a genuine love for what she does - whether that’s supporting the team, guiding customers through important purchases, or ensuring every detail behind the scenes runs smoothly. Her commitment to excellence and people-first approach continues to shape the heart of Lister Horsfall.

Ciara brings decades of experience in financial services, having worked in the industry since 1987. Since joining Lister Horsfall and becoming a company director in 2020, she has played a key role in guiding the business’s financial strategy and supporting its ongoing growth.

Known for her ambition and quick thinking, Ciara approaches every challenge with energy and determination. She’s always ready to step in, solve problems, and keep the company’s finances and operations running smoothly. Her proactive mindset and attention to detail give the whole team confidence that the business is in capable hands.

Jonathan has been part of the Lister Horsfall team for over 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to everything he does. With a love for all things vintage, Jonathan has a real eye for design and detail. He’s closely involved in our valuation service and works with clients on bespoke jewellery pieces, turning ideas into something truly special. Mia joined the Lister Horsfall team after completing her degree in Fashion and Photography. She brings a creative eye and a natural sense of style to her role at Lister Horsfall. She has a real appreciation for jewellery and detail, which shines through in the way she helps customers explore our jewellery collections.

Friendly and down-to-earth, Mia is always ready with a warm welcome and thoughtful advice. She’s passionate about learning the stories behind our jewellery and watch brands and loves passing that knowledge on to clients in a way that feels personal and easy to understand.

With over 20 years of experience in customer service, Junaid brings a calm and approachable energy to the Lister Horsfall team. Since joining the team more than three years ago, he has quickly become a trusted adviser to our clients, known for his ability to listen carefully and understand exactly what each person is looking for.

Junaid’s passion for watches and fine jewellery shines through in every interaction. He takes pride in helping clients find the perfect piece - whether it’s a timeless gift or a special treat to celebrate life’s milestones. Bailey joined the Lister Horsfall team in December and has quickly settled into life in the showroom, becoming a valued part of the team.

While he may be one of the younger members, Bailey brings with him a strong level of experience within the industry, along with a genuine passion for watches. He has a natural interest in timepieces and enjoys sharing that enthusiasm with clients, helping them discover pieces that feel right for them.

Bailey is known for his positive energy and easy-going nature. Always smiling and full of personality, he has a way of making people feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. Daisy is the newest member of our team at Lister Horsfall. At just 16, she has joined us to gain experience in a customer-facing role and learn more about the world of jewellery and luxury retail. Her natural enthusiasm, positive attitude and genuine interest in helping others have already made her a wonderful addition to our Halifax team.

She's quickly becoming a friendly and familiar face in the showroom, building confidence every day and embracing every opportunity to learn. Daisy never stands still - whether she's welcoming clients, lending a hand on the shop floor or supporting the team behind the scenes, she's always on the go with a smile on her face. Gavin is our go-to guy for all things Hospitality and Guest Experience here at Lister Horsfall.

Gavin joined the team just before Christmas last year, right as we launched our extended showroom in Halifax. With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, he brings a calm confidence and welcoming energy to the space, helping to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone who walks through the door.

Whether you’re shopping or just stopping by for a catch-up, Gavin will always greet you with a smile and delicious cocktail - often with a mixology trick or two thrown in. From carefully chosen drinks to thoughtful finishing touches, he plays a key part in making every visit memorable.

He spends his time mixing up signature serves, adding little touches that make a big difference, and making sure every guest feels truly looked after. His mixology tricks are a talking point, and his passion for rock music, guitar playing, and general storytelling mean there’s never a dull moment when Gavin’s around.

He may have only joined us less than a year ago, but it already feels like he’s been part of the team forever.

Sasha joined the Lister Horsfall team last year as our dedicated housekeeper - and she’s been quietly working her magic ever since. Thanks to Sasha, our showrooms always look immaculate, welcoming, and perfectly polished. Every corner, every detail is cared for with pride, and it’s all down to her exceptional eye and tireless energy.

She’s a true perfectionist who finds genuine joy in cleaning and organising - it’s not just a job to her, it’s a passion. Sasha is one of those rare people who brings positivity into everything she does.Whether it’s the start of a busy day or the end of a long one, she’s always smiling, always willing, and never says no to a task, no matter how big or small.

As our in-house watchmaker, Luke brings a rare combination of technical precision, quiet confidence, and unwavering focus to the workshop. His role demands patience, discipline and a meticulous eye - qualities he has in abundance.

Trained to work on some of the world’s most prestigious timepieces, Luke carries out each service and repair to the highest standard, ensuring every detail is exactly as it should be. His calm nature and perfectionist mindset are matched by a sharp sense of humour and a healthy dose of sarcasm - something the team knows and loves.

From regulating movements to testing for accuracy and performance, Luke is trusted with the kind of work where precision is everything. He’s a key part of what makes our workshop exceptional - and your timepiece exactly as it should be.

Alistair joined our in-house service centre team last year and has quickly stood out as a talented young watchmaker with a natural flair for the craft. Alistair brings a thoughtful, methodical approach and a genuine enthusiasm for horology - always eager to take on new challenges and deepen his understanding of the art.

With a sharp technical mind, a steady hand, and a strong eye for detail, Alistair is trusted with everything from routine servicing to more intricate repair work. He takes real pride in what he does, consistently delivering precise, careful results that meet the high standards we’re known for.

While focused and hardworking, he brings a relaxed energy to the workshop - with his easy-going nature and dry sense of humour making him a great presence in the team.

Will joined Lister Horsfall in 2019, bringing with him a strong academic foundation in horology after studying at the School of Jewellery, along with a genuine passion for watches that continues to shape his work today. Now with nine years of professional experience, he has developed a level of precision and technical ability that defines his approach to every timepiece he handles.

As a Rolex-trained watchmaker, Will carries out everything from routine servicing to more intricate repairs, always with exceptional care and attention to detail. He has a particular appreciation for luxury and rare timepieces, understanding the craftsmanship behind each piece and the importance of maintaining it to the highest standard.

Calm, focused, and highly meticulous, Will takes great pride in his work, ensuring every watch that passes through his hands is treated with the respect it deserves.

A valued part of our dedicated watchmaking department, Will plays an important role in delivering the level of aftercare and expertise our clients trust.

Natalie has been part of the Lister Horsfall team for several years, building a strong understanding of luxury watches, fine jewellery and the level of care our clients expect.

After progressing to Assistant Manager within our Halifax showroom, Natalie moved into aftersales, where her attention to detail, organisation and understanding of the client journey made her a natural fit.

Today, as Aftersales Manager, Natalie oversees the care of watches and jewellery once they leave the showroom floor. From servicing and repairs to maintenance and restoration, she works closely with our in-house watchmakers, jewellery specialists and brand partners to ensure every piece receives the right attention.

She also keeps clients informed throughout the process, making what can sometimes feel technical or unfamiliar clear and straightforward.

Calm, knowledgeable and highly organised, Natalie ensures our aftersales experience reflects the same care and attention our clients receive when choosing a piece from Lister Horsfall.

Joel began his journey at Lister Horsfall on the shop floor in sales, where he quickly developed a strong understanding of both watches and jewellery, along with a natural ability to connect with clients.

Over time, he discovered a real interest in the aftersales side of the business and has recently taken on a new challenge within the team. His thoughtful and methodical approach, combined with a genuine curiosity for how things work, allows him to support each piece with care and attention as it moves through the workshop.

Approachable and attentive, Joel takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, supporting both the team and our clients in a way that feels calm, organised, and reliable.

Outside of work, Joel enjoys solo travel, whether exploring further afield or discovering new places closer to home - a reflection of the same curiosity he brings to his role.

A valued member of the team, Joel plays an important part in the experience we offer at Lister Horsfall.

Chloe joined Lister Horsfall two years ago as a Sales Adviser in our jewellery showroom, and it quickly became clear she had a natural gift for organisation and an eye for the finer details. She has a talent for keeping things moving behind the scenes - solving problems, refining processes, and making sure every piece of the puzzle fits perfectly.

Today, as our Watch & Jewellery Repair Coordinator, Chloe looks after each piece that comes through our aftercare service, from treasured timepieces to much-loved jewellery. She works closely with our in-house watchmakers, external partners, and jewellery repair specialists to ensure everything is handled with the care and precision our clients expect. From the moment a repair is booked to the moment it's returned; Chloe keeps things on track.

Chloe is known for being straightforward and honest, with a great sense of humour. She’s a bit of a foodie and loves sharing recommendations, but she’s also someone who keeps things real and gets straight to the point. She’s the kind of person who quietly keeps everything moving.

Santa has been part of Lister Horsfall for over a decade, bringing warmth, creativity, and a deep understanding of our brand to everything she does. Her natural ability to connect with people and her commitment to delivering excellence have made her an invaluable member of the management team.

As Marketing Manager, Santa is the driving force behind many of our campaigns, working closely with charities and local communities to ensure our brand not only shines but also makes a positive impact. Her strategic thinking, combined with her eye for detail, allows her to create marketing that resonates with both new and long-standing clients.

Well known for her supportive and uplifting nature, Santa is always looking out for her colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Away from the showroom, she loves being outdoors and brings the same energy and care to life beyond work as she does to her role at Lister Horsfall.

Gracie rejoined Lister Horsfall last year, bringing with her valuable experience from her previous role as a Sales Adviser in our Halifax showroom. Her understanding of both our products and our clients has allowed her to transition naturally into the marketing side of the business.

Now working as our Digital Marketing Executive, Gracie oversees our website and plays a key role in maintaining the Lister Horsfall brand across all platforms. From ensuring consistency in our brand guidelines to managing content and supporting digital campaigns, she helps keep everything aligned, considered, and running smoothly.

Working closely with our external partners, Gracie ensures that every element - from website updates to wider brand communications - reflects the standards and identity of Lister Horsfall, as well as the brands we represent.

With a keen eye for detail and a highly organised approach, Gracie brings structure and clarity to everything she does. Bubbly, energetic, and always ready to help, she is a valued part of the team, bringing both enthusiasm and precision to her role.

Outside of work, Gracie enjoys travelling and spending time with her dog, Enzo - a reflection of the same positive energy she brings into the business every day.

Avneet recently joined Lister Horsfall as our Marketing Executive, bringing with her professional experience across email marketing, social media and copywriting. Her strong understanding of content and audience engagement has allowed her to quickly settle into the team and bring a fresh perspective to our digital marketing.

With a background in English Literature and History, alongside a Master’s in Marketing, Avneet has a natural understanding of storytelling, tone of voice and how to communicate effectively with different audiences. She uses these skills to create engaging, considered content that reflects the Lister Horsfall brand across our digital channels.

Working across email campaigns, social media and wider marketing activity, Avneet supports the team in bringing ideas to life and ensuring our communications are clear, engaging and consistent. She enjoys taking on new projects and is always looking for ways to develop ideas and make an impact.

Friendly and always up for a challenge, Avneet brings a brilliant can-do attitude to everything she takes on. Despite only joining us recently, she has already become a big part of the team and is always willing to get involved, offer ideas and lend a hand wherever needed.

Sophia is the newest member of the Lister Horsfall team, joining as our Digital Marketing and Events Assistant with a focus on social media.

Currently studying Marketing and Fashion, she brings a fresh perspective and a natural instinct for visual storytelling. Sophia has a real passion for social media, particularly when it comes to creating behind-the-scenes content that captures the beauty and detail of our jewellery and watches.

She was drawn to Lister Horsfall by the meaning behind each piece and enjoys finding ways to reflect that through content - from close-up details to the atmosphere of the showroom -helping to bring our world to life beyond the shop floor.

Outside of work, Sophia is an animal lover and enjoys spending time with her horse - a reflection of her calm, caring nature and appreciation for the quieter moments.

Rebecca first joined Lister Horsfall in 2015 as a Sales Assistant in our Pandora store, before embracing a new challenge and moving into our finance department. In her current role as Finance Assistant and Stock Coordinator, she thrives on variety - no two days are ever the same, and she relishes the chance to tackle something new.

A whizz with numbers and a true Excel enthusiast, Rebecca loves creating analytical reports and is always happy to lend a hand with anything finance- or stock-related. Her ability to “get things done” makes her an invaluable support to the whole team.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys a good bit of DIY, long walks with her family, and adventures with her much-loved basset hound, Gordon. She’s also working towards her Level 3 AAT qualification, proving her commitment to continually growing her skills - both for herself and for the business.

And if there’s a spreadsheet to be made, you can bet Rebecca will make it not just efficient, but beautiful.

Caroline joined Lister Horsfall over five years ago, starting as a Showroom Assistant and progressing into a vital role in Learning and Development this year. With a background in fashion retail, she has a natural talent for coaching and mentoring, helping colleagues build confidence, refine their skills, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In her role, Caroline designs and delivers training programs, provides one-to-one guidance, and supports continuous professional development across the team. She is known for her patience, understanding, and ability to inspire others, ensuring everyone feels supported and empowered in their roles. Caroline’s thoughtful approach keeps the team running smoothly and helps cultivate a culture of learning and growth throughout the business.

A dedicated mum, Caroline always looks forward to spending time with her family and is excited for her next trip to Australia to visit her son, Bailey. She takes great pride in helping colleagues reach their potential and is a trusted mentor and motivator to everyone she works with.

Starting his journey as a Sales Advisor, he quickly discovered his passion for craftsmanship, customer experience, and team development. For the past six years, he has successfully managed our Ilkley showroom, fostering an environment where exceptional service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality go hand in hand.

George is a natural people person - equally comfortable guiding a client through the intricacies of a rare timepiece, advising on an engagement ring purchase, or mentoring a member of his team. Rosie joined our team 7 years ago and has since become a vital pillar of the Ilkley team. With her deep knowledge of watches and jewellery, she’s the go-to person for any questions - always delivering answers with confidence and precision. In her role as Assistant Manager, Rosie ensures the showroom operates smoothly by bridging operations and finance, coordinating daily activities, and upholding exceptional service standards. Her ability to manage inventory, support promotional efforts, and provide effective mentorship makes sure both clients and team members feel supported and valued.

As Rolex Manager at our Ilkley showroom, he is the expert clients trust when making such a personal and significant investment. In this role, Leslie not only guides clients through choosing the perfect timepiece, but he also ensures the entire Rolex experience- through every interaction - is nothing short of exceptional.

Known for his warmth and quick wit, Leslie brings a personal touch to luxury retail. He greets everyone with a genuine smile and effortlessly blends expert advice with light-hearted conversation - often punctuated by a cheeky joke. Beyond assisting customers, he’s a cornerstone of support for his colleagues, always ready to lend expertise or encouragement.

Joe joined the Lister Horsfall team recently, bringing with him a strong passion for watches and a natural attention to detail.

Nadine joined the Lister Horsfall team earlier this year and has quickly become a valued and much-loved part of the showroom.

Charlotte is the newest member of the Lister Horsfall Ilkley team and has quickly settled into her role within the showroom.

Alongside working full time, Charlotte has also built her own aesthetics business, an achievement she is incredibly proud of. Her experience in aesthetics has strengthened her understanding of personal service and the importance of helping people feel their very best.
