This International Women’s Day, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible women who make up our team. Each of them brings unique talents, experiences, and a shared passion in everything they do. “Hi, my name is Natalie, Assistant Manager at our Halifax showroom.
My favourite piece of jewellery is part of our Endless collection. I treated myself to the small circle pendant in white gold for a special birthday last year, so this year I’m working on adding the matching earrings too!
I’m lucky that I get to work alongside some incredible women every day. I think it’s so important to surround yourself with people who fill your cup on a daily basis. I would say to women in business find your strengths and work on your weaknesses.
Growth often comes from a place of stepping out of your comfort zone and this can be scary but is worth the rewards. Most importantly, know your worth. Women belong in all places that decisions are being made and are capable of achieving anything we set our minds to!”
“I’m Rosie, the Assistant Manager at the Ilkley showroom.
My favourite piece of jewellery is my engagement ring, which I waited seven years for! It’s an elongated emerald cut diamond with a diamond cluster in a platinum setting. It’s such a special piece to me. I’ve always believed in going for what I want in life, no matter the wait, and I love encouraging others to do the same.”
“Hi, my name is Gemma, and I am a Managing Director At Lister Horsfall. Balancing both my professional and personal life is so important to me. As a Managing Director, wife, and a mum to three girls, I always aim to show them that with passion and determination, they can chase their dreams and create their own path.
Whether it’s leading a business, embracing new challenges, or finding time to recharge with my family and our dog, Nancy, I believe that balance is key.

“I’m Ciara, Finance Director at Lister Horsfall. Becoming a director has been my proudest career moment at Lister Horsfall. Nick has the support of two strong women directors with Gemma our Managing Director and myself. We should celebrate the incredible women in our business.
My other greatest reward is guiding the incredible women in my little team past and present. Watching them grow, develop their skills and gain confidence in their role.
Beyond my career, my greatest achievement is being a mother to two extraordinary daughters. Seeing them thrive in their careers and relationships, fills me with immense pride. It has been a privilege to be a big part of their lives.
My favourite piece of jewellery is a beautiful diamond pendant my husband gave me for our 30th anniversary, and I wear it nearly every day.”
"I'm Charlotte, the newest member of the team at Lister Horsfall Ilkley. If I had to chose one piece of jewellery it would be a diamond tennis bracelet. I love how timeless and elegant it is- It's a piece that will never go out of style and can be worn for any occasion.
My biggest achievement so far has been building my own aesthetics business alongside working full time in the jewellery industry. Working in jewellery has given me such an appreciation for the finer details and the importance of making people feel confident and special- something I also love about working in aesthetics.
My advice to all women is to never limit yourself, you can have more than one dream."
“I’m Santa, Marketing Manager at Lister Horsfall. It is an exciting ride—no two days are the same, and I thrive on the challenges and creativity that come with it. I love that my role constantly pushes me to think differently and adapt, which is something women do naturally every day.
Beyond my career, I’m also a mum, and I truly believe that’s my secret superpower. Balancing work and family isn’t always easy, but it has taught me resilience, patience, and the ability to multitask like a pro! Women have an incredible ability to wear many hats and do it with grace, strength, and determination.

It’s hard for me to pick my favourite piece of jewellery as I love almost all of it but if I had to pick, it would be the diamond double halo emerald cut ring with diamond shoulders.
My biggest achievement so far is completing university with a degree in fashion styling and photography!
Since working at Lister Horsfall my confidence has shined a lot more and that is down to some of the amazing ladies that I work with who help to push my confidence and achieve the most whist I continue to grow.

My favourite diamond shape is marquise cut because it’s elegant and distinctive.
My proudest moment in my career is getting a distinction in my AAT level 2 course – I’m so excited to complete level 3 and 4 to become an MAAT!”
"I’m Avneet, a Marketing Executive at our Halifax showroom. I love my role because it allows me to combine my passion for luxury retail and fashion with my experience and enthusiasm for marketing.
My favourite piece is my Rolex Datejust 36 with a Silver Diamond Dial and Jubilee Bracelet. This timepiece is the perfect balance of bold and elegant, making it a piece I absolutely love.
One of my proudest achievements was completing my Master’s degree in Marketing. It was a huge personal milestone and something I’m incredibly proud of.

“I’m Chloe, I work in the office at Lister Horsfall. I love that my role gives me a chance to learn about so many different aspects of the business – it’s always something new!
Outside of work I love spending time with my fiancé and our dog, my friends and family, cooking and travelling.
My favourite piece of jewellery I own is a toss-up between my engagement ring (for obvious reasons) and my Georg Jensen hoops, because they are so beautiful, a bit quirky and I reach to wear them constantly!
