Sale Terms & Conditions
All items must be returned to one of our stores or by post in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase and accompanied with the completed returns form.
Lister Horsfall will process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of your return and correctly completed returns form.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been engraved or altered.
An official contract of sale is only made once your order has been reviewed and accepted by a member of our team. Until this point, we reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to facilitate it.
