Sale Terms & Conditions

All items must be returned to one of our stores or by post in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase and accompanied with the completed returns form.

Lister Horsfall will process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of your return and correctly completed returns form.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been engraved or altered.

An official contract of sale is only made once your order has been reviewed and accepted by a member of our team. Until this point, we reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to facilitate it. 

Pricing Errors and Technical Issues

We take care to ensure that all pricing and product information displayed on our website is accurate. However, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a pricing error, typographical error, technical fault, or system malfunction. Obvious pricing errors, where the mistake would have been apparent to a reasonable person, will not be binding. In such circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible, and where payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

Garmin Products – Extended Lead Time
Please note that certain Garmin products listed on our website are available on an extended lead time of up to 10 working days. These items are ordered directly from our supplier upon receipt of your order and subsequently dispatched to you once they arrive with us. By placing an order for a Garmin product with extended lead time, you acknowledge and accept this fulfilment process. We will keep you informed of your order status throughout and ensure prompt dispatch as soon as the item is in stock.

Printed Material

Any prices contained within any printed material (e.g. brochures, flyers etc.) are correct at the time of going to print however are subject to change at any time.
