As the fourth generation to lead the family business, Nick joined Lister Horsfall in 2000, working alongside his father to continue the legacy built over more than 120 years. Gemma’s journey with Lister Horsfall began more than two decades ago. Gemma has been a fundamental part of the business’s journey and growth. Her deep knowledge of the jewellery and watch industry, combined with her passion for exceptional service, has made her a trusted presence for both clients and the team alike.
As Managing Director, Gemma is closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business. In her role as Assistant Manager, Natalie oversees daily showroom operations with precision and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional level of service for every client. He spends his time mixing up signature serves, adding little touches that make a big difference, and making sure every guest feels truly looked after. Rebecca first joined Lister Horsfall in 2015 as a Sales Assistant in our Pandora store, before embracing a new challenge and moving into our finance department. In her current role as Finance Assistant and Stock Coordinator, she thrives on variety - no two days are ever the same, and she relishes the chance to tackle something new.
A whizz with numbers and a true Excel enthusiast, Rebecca loves creating analytical reports and is always happy to lend a hand with anything finance- or stock-related. Her ability to “get things done” makes her an invaluable support to the whole team.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys a good bit of DIY, long walks with her family, and adventures with her much-loved basset hound, Gordon. She’s also working towards her Level 3 AAT qualification, proving her commitment to continually growing her skills - both for herself and for the business.
